About the Retreat
A four-day countryside escape centred around mindful movement, rest and nourishment.
Each day includes mat Pilates and yoga to build strength, release tension and bring a sense of calm to both body and mind. You’ll also enjoying the sea breeze with a group coastal walk just 20 minutes away from the retreat, offering space to connect with nature. In the evenings, unwind with Yoga and guided meditation to help you fully relax. Optional massage treatments are available for added indulgence.
Delicious, nourishing meals are provided throughout, with balanced breakfasts, lunches and dinners to support your wellbeing.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer and deeply restored.
